Invest in the pipeline to the future! Businesses representatives, corporate professionals, and community leaders, you are invited to mentor and inspire young leaders at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region’s Rising Leaders Luncheon.
This is a unique opportunity for your company to meet and network with over 100 ambitious high school students from Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry & York counties. The Rising Leaders Luncheon takes place Wednesday, November 13, 2024, 12pm-2pm, at the Penn Harris Hotel. The event is part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region’s 2nd Annual Youth Leadership Summit, sponsored by The GIANT Company.
Mentor young leaders on available career paths, share current job openings and discuss company initiatives, successes and challenges. With a focus on diversity & disruption, seat assignments will be random in order to facilitate conversations with youth and business leaders.
