Event Description:
Join the community in lighting the tree on the Mechanicsburg square at the corner of Main & Market Streets. Enjoy music led by First United Methodist Church, cookies, hot cocoa, and caroling at the tree beginning at 5:15p.m. Lighting at 5:30pm.
Afterwards, head across the street to Buhrig's Gathering Place for live music by Kirk Wise of Jazz Me, visiting with Santa, balloon twisting, and refreshments.
While you’re here, we encourage you to enjoy Black Friday shopping and dining at our Mechanicsburg merchants! Many downtown businesses will be open. Be sure to get your free Small Business Saturday canvas tote bag while at the Tree Lighting event! Supplies are limited.
