Community CARES Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser
 

For over 20 years, Community CARES has been supporting the needs of the homeless in our community. Fundraisers, like our Golf Tournament, help us to continue our vital work to help the most vulnerable.

We can?t do our job without YOU!!!

Various games and prizes available so bring your best game and support the cause!
